Metro 112 provides apartment residences located in downtown Bellevue. This development brings a modern, urban living environment with ease of access to local shops and nightlife. The newest addition consists of 19 new units and an amenity space. The design concept engaged a more urban vibe with an eclectic mix of “refined industrial” appeal. Materials include concrete, reclaimed barn wood, and “found” industrial lighting. The new club room provides the residents variety within the space to relax, play a little pool, gaming, or the ability to host private gatherings. The design team of Mandy Callaway Interiors developed the design concept providing finish and fixture selections with coordinated interior drawings and construction documentation. The design team worked closely with Tiscareno Associates through all phases of the design process to project completion. MCI was also responsible for the selection, purchasing, and installation of the Amenity FFE pacakge.
